Initial Inquiry

Start by providing your information through our secure online intake form or by calling our Dallas office to initiate your request.

Conflicts Check

We complete a comprehensive conflict of interest check and initial screening to ensure the firm is properly positioned to represent your interests.

Schedule Consultation

Once cleared, schedule a 30 or 60-minute consultation. We offer both in-person meetings at our Dallas office and convenient virtual sessions.

Strategy Review

During your meeting, we review the facts of your case and outline the strategic legal options available for moving your family matter forward.

Common Questions

Contested Divorce

A contested divorce occurs when spouses cannot agree on critical terms such as property division, debt allocation, or child custody, requiring court intervention. An uncontested divorce signifies that both parties have reached a full agreement on every legal issue involved.

Child Custody

Texas courts determine custody based on the "best interest of the child." Strategic factors include the child's physical and emotional needs, the parental abilities of each individual, and the overall family stability.

Modifying Orders

An existing custody order can be modified if there has been a material and substantial change in circumstances of a party or child, and modification is in the child's best interest.

Consultation Prep

Please bring any existing court orders, relevant financial records, and a list of specific questions. Clear preparation allows for more strategic advocacy from the very first meeting.

Virtual Meetings

Yes. The firm provides both in-person and secure virtual consultations throughout Dallas and North Texas, ensuring clear guidance is accessible regardless of your preferred format.

ATTORNEY-CLIENT  Relationship

Initial contact through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Strategic representation begins only after the firm conducts a conflicts check and a written agreement is signed.
